- Tell us what you didn’t like about the product, or why it didn’t work out. (But no need to be too specific, we promise not to judge you)
- Wait for our response, which will come in the form of a virtual pat on the back and instructions on how to return the product.
- Send the product back to us, and we’ll process your refund. (Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to process)
Please note that the following conditions apply to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
- Refunds can only be applied to products purchased directly from our website.
- Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used.
- Refunds will not be issued for digital products, such as digital art.
- Please note that, unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and we kindly remind you that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for any returned products.
